Terms of Service

PrepOne is run by one person, not a company. “We” on this page means PrepOne. By using PrepOne you agree to these terms.

What we do

You tell us a matchup. We build a spotting board for it, a storylines brief, and a study session in the PrepOne app. What we offer can change as the product grows.

Your account

You sign in with an email link, so keep that inbox secure. Tell us at team@prepone.app if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or older.

Your material

Anything you send us stays yours. We use it only to build your own board and study session. It is never shared publicly and never used to build anyone else’s chart. Only send us material you have the right to share.

Getting it right

We build every board from published sources and work to get it right, but mistakes can happen. If something looks wrong, check it before you say it on air, and tell us so we can fix it. PrepOne is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Paying

• Prices are on the pricing page and can change. The price you agree to when you order is the price you pay.
• We invoice you. You can pay the invoice, or pay by Venmo to @prepone-app.
• No refunds.
• Game credits last the season they were bought in.

Fair use

Don’t use PrepOne to break the law, don’t try to break into or disrupt it, and don’t resell what we build for you as someone else’s work.

Ending things

You can stop using PrepOne at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is no more than what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell customers by email.
