Privacy Policy

PrepOne is run by one person, not a company. “We” on this page means PrepOne. We collect only what we need to build your prep and get it to you.

What we collect

• The request form. Your email address, what you call, your next game if you give it, anything you type in the message box, and any files you attach.
• Your account and the study tool. The email address you sign in with (we email you a sign-in link; there is no password), the boards we build for you, and your study progress, so the study tool knows which cards to bring back.
• The storylines email. The address we send it to.
• Payment. If you pay by Venmo, Venmo shows us your Venmo name and the amount. We never see or store a card number.

How we use it

To build your boards, storylines and study sessions, to send them to you, and to reply to you. Nothing else. We don’t run advertising trackers on this site, and the app uses one cookie, only to keep you signed in.

Your material stays yours

Your rosters, depth charts, game notes and files build only your own board. They are never shared publicly and never used to build anyone else’s chart. We do not sell or rent any of your information.

Who else touches it

Only the services that host the site and the app, store their data, and deliver our email, and only as far as that job needs. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your information while you use PrepOne. Ask us to delete your account and your material and we will, except for payment records we need to keep for taxes.

Children

PrepOne is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell customers by email.
